Old Spanish Village in Coral Gables

Old Spanish Village located in the heart of downtown Coral Gables, will be the largest and grandest luxury village development in the City Beautiful. Ponce Circle Developers LLC is made up of some of the most prominent names in South Florida development, including the Mouriz family’s Keystone Holdings, the Mas family’s Mas Group and renowned architect Jorge L. Hernández. Together they have teamed up to present Coral Gables with what will be the City Beautiful’s marquee signature village and luxury residences.

TOWNHOME VILLAS OF OLD SPANISH VILLAGE
There will be 39 distinguished, three-story Townhomes each with private two car garage and elevator. Gourmet kitchens and bathrooms will typify the design details. These Old Spanish Village Townhomes will range in size from 3,600 to 4,400 square feet and have huge open fourth floor terraces, offering Coral Gables living at it’s finest. SALES CENTER LOCATION
The Old Spanish Village sales center is on-site and currently located at 3001 Ponce de Leon (next door to Christy’s Restaurant) until April when it will move north to the historic 2901 Ponce de Leon building (across from the Ponce Circle Park). The same building George Merrick and his chief architects built to design and develop Coral Gables back in 1923, will become the sales center and headquarters for Old Spanish Village and Ponce Circle Developers.

PROJECT DETAILS
The project is expected to break ground early summer 2007, with Phase One expected completion date approximately one year later; summer 2008. Phase One will include Casa Palermo and approximately 22 townhomes. Phase Two wil start after 2007 and finish by end of 2009. Phase Two will include One Ponce Circle Building, 3001 Building and 17 townhomes.
